Return Policy for Merchandise
At Jess Quinn Art, we want you to be delighted with your purchase!
Returns & Exchanges:
- Merchandise (stickers, bags, aprons, prints, etc.) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy for Original Paintings
Each original painting is a unique piece of art, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Returns & Refunds:
- Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and insurance is required for the shipment to protect against damage in transit.

Damaged Items:
- If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
