Created during my artist residency at Whiterock Conservancy, Simply Seen is a collection of ten framed 5×7 oil landscapes inspired by the places that invited me to pause. Rather than reimagining the prairie through bold color, these paintings celebrate it as it was, quiet, familiar, and beautifully understated.
The river curves gently through the prairie, naturally leading the eye forward. Sometimes the landscape already knows the way, we only need to follow.
